How Echo works
1. Order your medicine
Sign up on this website or download our app, then place your order.
2. Your GP approves
After checking your order, your GP sends us an electronic prescription.
3. Receive your medicine
We deliver, for free. Or you can choose to collect it at your local LloydsPharmacy.
We work with your GP
You can order medicine through Echo if your GP supports electronic prescriptions. At the moment, that's 96% of GPs in England. And don't worry about telling your GP that you’re switching to Echo – we’ll do that for you.

Free prescription delivery
Delivery is free on all prescription medicines, including ones that are kept in the fridge. We deliver to any UK address.
Always order in time
You’ll get a reminder to order your next prescription 10 days before you’re due to run out. So your next order should arrive with time to spare.
Look after loved ones
Manage your whole family’s prescriptions from your Echo account. Get their medicine delivered to you, or send it directly to them.
