About You

We’re looking for a designer with the ability to create and then execute on an effective creative strategy within our rapidly growing business. We believe that effectively communicating Echo’s proposition in a compelling, creative and beautiful way is a key pillar of our future success.

  • You’ll also be directly involved in the creative design process for projects from start to finish, working with the rest of the team to develop and execute on ideas for our external marketing and communication initiatives.
  • You’ll be used to applying designs across a range of media, so an eye for detail and the ability to work fast and flawlessly are both essential.
  • You’ll be an entrepreneur at heart and want to constantly refine how you present a proposition to our target audience.
  • You’ll know the various design tools like the back of your hand and be proficient at simple animations and video editing.
  • You’ll get excited about working on a product that is truly having a fundamental impact on people’s lives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the growth and marketing teams to ensure a constant supply of new creatives
  • Conceptualising and executing creative comms across online marketing channel and more traditional ATL/ BTL medium
  • Be an industry champion for expertly executed, visual communications.

The role

There is a huge amount of pharmacy data both generated by Echo and available through the NHS that is currently going untapped. Your job is to help us change this.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to drive key analytics projects supporting growth and business expansion.

The role will involve working with all areas of the business to identify, analyse and address optimisation opportunity. From turning cohorts analysis into marketing campaign targeting to finding and preempting the next operation bottleneck, this is an exciting opportunity to have an impact on all areas of a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive analysis aimed at driving key business decisions.
  • Develop and implement Business and Teams KPIs.
  • Maintain and develop Echo’s data model.
  • Identify and act on optimisation opportunities using data, such as hypothesis testing or forecasting.
  • Evangelise data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Your profile

  • You hold a good degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a similar technical field of study.
  • You have at least five years’ experience in a data analyst or data science role.
  • You have tons of experience with SQL and at least one other language (Python, R etc).
  • You know how to get the most from BI tools.
  • You have the ability to make clear decisions based on data.
  • You’re ready and willing to work in a startup environment with lots of people with different views, experience and backgrounds.
  • You are a nice person :)

Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Job Description

You will be leading the backend side of engineering at Echo. This will involve designing and building new systems and services as well as maintaining and improving existing ones. You will have a lot of autonomy in deciding how to build things and what technologies to use. Our existing backend systems are all written in Node.js but we are also open to using other technologies, Go being high up on our list. We are running Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform and deploy daily.

We are proud of what we have achieved so far but there is still a very long way to go and you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the business.

We're looking for an awesome designer for Vault, our bespoke back-end system and brains of Echo. Vault provides the interface for our pharmacists, operations and support teams to manage all requests and ensure our users get the best possible service.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with front-end development experience to be responsible for the design of this platform and help us give our internal tools the same love and user-focused design as our end-user products.

You’ll combine product design and UI engineering to create and maintain a design system and component library to ensure that we build consistent and scalable interfaces, working very closely with the engineering to implement and craft these products.

As Fulfilment Associate you’ll play a crucial part in the Echo Operations Team. You’ll focus on managing medication and packaging stock levels, while using our back-end system to dispatch orders throughout the day. Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be working within the heart of operations, and be the primary point of contact and voice of Echo for patients, through an in-app messenger and over the phone. We are looking for people with a passion for helping people, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a drive to consistently provide a fantastic service.

You will need to exhibit strong interpersonal skills, excel at customer service and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You'll be spending time speaking to external GP surgeries, Pharmacies and most importantly, our patients, who you may often need to educate, help and sometimes simply listen to. Our Customer Experience Associates often also communicate internally with the Fulfilment and Clinical Teams in order to speedily rectify and patient conversations.

Each interaction requires care and empathy, recognising the sensitivity of the personal data you're handling. You'll also represent our users to the Product Team: if you see something that's causing confusion, you'll speak up right away, knowing this will help others in the future. Each and every one of us gets involved in improving our user experience!

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customers and healthcare professionals inquiries promptly
  • Communicating through various channels and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and healthcare professionals at all times

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • An NVQ2 Dispensing qualification.

Echo are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Customer Experience (Cx) with the ability to define what Echo customer service looks like, how we get there and recruit, develop and inspire the team towards that objective.

You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of strategies working with both our in house Product and Engineering teams, our partner businesses and to optimise and scale the business which will be growing 20x in size in the next two years, with patient happiness at the forefront of our approach.
