How delivery works

Echo is a registered pharmacy that is free to use. We cover all delivery charges, which means there’s no extra cost to you or to the NHS.

We accept all NHS exemptions and prepayment certificates. If you pay for your NHS prescriptions, you’ll have to pay the standard NHS charge.

Postage is free on all medicine, big or small

We send everything for free via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery. If anything unexpected happens, our customer service team is on hand to help.

Secure, plain packaging

All our packaging is tamper-proof and unmarked, making sure your medication stays out of harm’s way.

Support from real people

Our team of pharmacists process your medicine by hand. Each box is checked seven times before it is posted to you. It usually takes 5 working days from requesting a prescription to getting your medication in the post.

If you need your medicine immediately, we always are able to make your prescription available to collect from your local pharmacy.

Take control of your repeat prescriptions

Skip the queues. Request your prescription online and get your medicine delivered straight to your door.
