When you register with Echo, we’ll ask you which NHS England GP you’re registered with. When you request your medication with Echo we’ll send your prescription to your GP for their approval. This process can take up to two working days for your GP to respond.
Once your request has been approved, we’ll order your medicine and dispense and deliver it from our pharmacy dispensary based in England. Please allow between 7-10 days for your first order to arrive.
All medicine is delivered by Royal Mail tracked which means you can receive emails and SMS notifications about your delivery. A tracking link will also be provided in the confirmation email from Royal Mail once your medicine has been dispatched.
If you need a prescription urgently, we can return it to the NHS system and give you a barcode you can take to your local LloydsPharmacy so they can download the prescription and provide it the same-day. To make sure that future repeat prescriptions come to Echo, ask the local pharmacy not to change your EPS nomination.
