Meet Sam

Shamir Shah, MRPharmS IP, is Superintendent Pharmacist at Echo. He's responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our pharmacy.

Sam passion for medicine, healthcare and patient safety stem from his first part-time job at his local pharmacy in Harrow, London. He later held positions as a Pharmacy Manager and Medicine Optimisation Pharmacist. Sam joined our team in 2018 and says the best thing about working at Echo is the opportunity to work with different teams, like marketing, tech and data. Together we're working to make patient's lives easier.

2 Pooja

Meet Pooja

Pooja Raichura, MRPharmS, is Clinical Support Pharmacist at Echo. Pooja supports our patient's clinical needs and can help treat patients with more complex conditions.

After studying pharmacy at the University of Nottingham she joined a busy high street pharmacy where she first discovered her passion for interacting with customers and learning how to help them. Joining Echo in 2017, Pooja was excited by the prospect of combining pharmacy with technology to solve medicine management and improve the patient experience.

2 Allin

Meet Alin

Alin-Sorin Ciocioi, MPharmS is Pharmacist at Echo. He's responsible for carrying out clinical, accuracy and legal checks on prescriptions before they get dispatched to our patients.

Alin's mother was a pharmacy technician which means he's spent time in pharmacy environments from a young age. What Alin loves most about working for Echo is our forward-thinking mentality - even though everything we do looks different the traditional pharmacy experience, it still manages to feel familiar and that's what makes it so exciting.

Meet Alistair

Alistair Murray, MRPharmS, IP is Chief Pharmacist at Echo. He's been part of the team since Echo was founded in 2015.

Alistair began his pharmacy career in a community pharmacy after studying at the University of Nottingham and the University of Reading. He joined Echo, excited by the prospect of building the future of pharmacy. He loves working with a range of inspiring colleagues to help our patients take control over their health by creating the best possible pharmacy experience.

2 Rosin

Meet Roisin

Roisin Herlihy, MPharm, is Pharmacist at Echo. She is part of our Clinical Admin Team on-hand to answer patient queries and questions that may arise.

Her passion for pharmacy began studying sciences at school where she could combine an interest in medicine and healthcare. Roisin studied pharmacy as an undergraduate at University College Cork and a Master’s degree at Royal College of Surgeons. After joining Echo in 2018, Roisin says her favourite thing about being a pharmacist is that knowing she’s making a difference to patients lives - be it improving their knowledge of the medication they take, helping them to have a better understanding of their health condition or just be there to answer any questions they may have.

2 Jumana

Meet Jumana

Jumana Khan, MRPharmS is Senior Pharmacist at Echo responsible for clinical, accuracy and legal checks on prescriptions.

Jumana has always been interested in the structure of medicine and how medications are developed. This led her to study pharmacy at King's College London. She later went on to work in a community pharmacy before joining Echo in 2018. Jumana finds pharmacy an extremely rewarding career as the smallest interventions can have a positive and lasting impact on our patients. She says it’s amazing to see technology being used at Echo, to make pharmacy more accessible to patients.
