It all began as a simple idea around a kitchen table - to make NHS prescriptions simpler for people to manage. That idea grew into LloydsDirect, starting our journey in 2015 as Echo before becoming the LloydsDirect you know today. Now, as we join the Pharmacy2U family, we're starting a new chapter, one that's about bringing our shared vision to life.
Our vision is clear: empower patients with smoother medicine management. By simplifying repeat prescriptions, we’re not just making things easier for our patients, we’re taking pressure off the NHS too.
We've already helped over 1.4 million patients and earned an 'Excellent' rating on Trustpilot. As a certified B-Corp, our commitment to sustainable, patient-focused care is something we’re really proud of.
